We usually deliver our signs starting at 8 PM the night before. On rare occasion, due to the number of orders or weather conditions, we may have to setup in the early morning starting at 6 AM. We pick up our signs starting at dusk on the evening of the rental.
Yes, if there is a keepsake associated with your display and it will fit on the sign. Also, it cannot be profane, vulgar, or racial. We reserve the right to disallow certain phrases that we feel are not appropriate. We will also work with you to come up with a perfect phrase for your occasion.
Payments must be received BEFORE the rental period.
Not at all! Reservations are welcomed, but not required. However, it is a good idea to call us when you have a date in mind.

They are between 2-7 feet tall.
For the large yard signs we use a stop sign type post that is driven into the ground about 10-12 inches. For smaller critters, we use thin metal step stakes that go into the ground about 7-8 inches. In order to do this, we need a grassy or mulched area that is accessible. If you have a sprinkler system, please mark the spot where you would like us to place the yard sign if you are worried about us hitting it. We typically position our large yard signs in line with your front door in the middle of the yard. If yo u would like a different location, please let us know. We're happy to accommodate. If you live in a condo, please obtain permission from your condo association first.
No one needs to be home when we deliver or pick-up the yard sign. Don't worry; we try to be as unobtrusive as possible
Please DO NOT attempt to move or remove the yard sign. If you would like it moved to a different location in your yard, please call and we will be happy to assist you. A delivery fee may apply each time we come out to relocate the display.
We do ask that you DO NOT mow or trim your yard during your rental period. Both these things can potentially damage our signs. Watering your lawn or any rain is fine. If our signs should get covered by grass trimmings and need to be cleaned, the renter will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. Even worse, if they get damaged due to lawn cutting, the renter will be charged up to $100.
  1. Wind/Weather - Our yard signs have been successfully tested in wind and rain and have proven very durable. In rare situations, if we feel the winds are sufficient enough that part of the yard sign should need to be taken down temporarily, we will contact you. If however, you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please notify us immediately.
  2. Children/People - Our signs are NOT designed to withstand climbing by children. For everyone's safety, please do not allow anyone to play on or near the sign(s). The renter will be responsible for any damage by children/people. We will not be responsible for injury or damage resulting from unsolicited use.
  3. Vandalism/Theft - If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately. Lost, missing, or damaged yard signs/Critters will incur a replacement fee and will be charged to the renter. Please help us safeguard our displays as this keeps the cost of our displays at an affordable level for all.
  4. Pets/Animals – Please keep all pets/animals away from the yard signs. The renter will be responsible for any animal damage.
  5. Balloons - Please do NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get very hot in the sun and can blow onto the yard signs and melt on them. The renter will be responsible for any damage.
We will never share or sell your information with anyone unless it is required to complete the transaction. We value your privacy as much as we value ours!
